It is a pity that there are people who judge others with unconstructive labels, and no one has the right to belittle others for their physical characteristics and this applies not only to people but also to people. even animals.
All beings must be accepted as they are, regardless of their differences. However, there are still people who do not understand that and are devoted to examining the appearance of hairy animals under certain conditions, even though they are not at fault for being born as such.
This is the case of Alan, a beautiful one-year-old Saluki and Boxer cross, who was born with a genetic trait that causes his nose to twist and lean to the right when he closes his snout.
Alan is a furry man who was rescued by Johanna Handley, 41, from Godalming, England, when she saw him abandoned in Doha, Qatar.
“The critics of different puppies can say what they want, but Alan is our dog and we know he’s beautiful and really special,” Johanna said.
Johana got tired of her beloved puppy being called ugly , and it occurred to her to create an account on social networks to counter the negative opinions that people have said about Alan, and luckily the result has been wonderful.
To be more challenging, Johanna created the user name Alan the Ugly Dog, which means “Alan the Ugly Dog” to go directly to those critics of her pet.
“I have received many nasty comments about Alan’s appearance. Some have told me that they will donate money to me to have surgery to repair his face, but there is no way,” said Johanna.
Alan has become one of the most famous furry people on the networks , his account has more than 141,000 followers and he has received more than a million “likes” on his posts.
Johanna’s goal has been to show how beautiful her pup is on the inside despite having a different appearance. She urges people to accept and adopt rescued dogs with particular conditions, they are animals that deserve to live full of love and pampering.
“I had him evaluated for surgery by the vet because I was concerned about his future and possible respiratory problems, and the vet assured me that he is perfectly healthy. They would have to break and reset his nose and jaw. It would be unimaginable pain for something that is purely aesthetic. It makes no sense to put him through that,” added Johana.
With great courage and love Johana has fought the attacks against her furry . After opening her account, the comments and messages she has received from her are very positive.
“Everybody loved him,” Johana said.
Johana is happy to have rescued him. He is the missing member of your family.
Alan’s story is touching, please share to help his mother raise awareness about adopting these different dogs.
